What is this product?
Lupus specimen cohort for SLE/connective-tissue-disease autoantibody assay development and panel validation.
SLE classification uses ANA as an entry criterion and then weighted clinical/immunologic domains; anti-dsDNA and anti-Sm are important immunologic criteria. Autoantibody results must be interpreted in disease and method context rather than as isolated diagnoses. Matrix option(s): FFPE Tissue; Serum. For assay development or validation, confirm the exact cohort/analyte definition, collection timing, handling conditions, lot availability and project-specific use restrictions.
